We are looking for an experienced IT Lead — Systems & Infrastructure to own and manage the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, network environment, and identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in IT Systems Administration, Networking, and Identity & Access Management, along with the ability to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.
The role will involve managing enterprise IT infrastructure, supporting employees across locations, maintaining system availability, implementing security controls, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and partnering with internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing IT projects, and taking ownership of infrastructure and security-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, operating systems, workstations, cloud environments, applications, and core IT services.
- Administer Windows, macOS, Linux, and other enterprise operating systems as required.
- Design, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot corporate networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, and related infrastructure.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, access reviews, and role-based access controls.
- Administer identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
- Implement and maintain secure access policies, MFA, password policies, privileged access controls, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, security, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issue
