Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Fairmont's luxury hospitality standards
- Manage and supervise the dining team, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel, whilst fostering a positive and professional work workplace
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise revenue, optimise costs,



and enhance profitability of the outlet
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional culinary experiences and service quality in accordance with established standard operating procedures
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal supplies
- Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and Fairmont policies
- Conduct regular staff training and development programmes to enhance service excellence, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills
- Analyse guest feedback and implement corrective measures to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage guest relations and handle complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest retention
