About the role
- Escalation SPOC for Design, Build and Operational issues related to Genesys contact center.
- Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW and agreed SLA.
- Assement and audit of existing customer UC / telephony infrastructure.
- Working with engineering team to finalize technical solution in the context of a specific project with extents to Orange product and managed services enhancements.
- Stay updated with technical, financial, strategic and operational issues,
options and advancements within the UCC industry relevant to the Orange services portfolio.
- Getting resolution from OEM, third parties, vendors and suppliers for fault and design query.
- Build and Support to Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions & third party application integration.
- Excellent handling of Implementation projects
- Mentoring for L1, L2 and Junior colleague and enhance their performance.
- Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new UC technology & tools.
About you
- Hands-on experience supporting Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions in enterprise production environments., preferably in enterprise or financial-services environments.a
- Additionally essential knowledge of IP telephoney, Contact Center environment, Recording & Cloud infrastructure.
- Hands on experience (build and manage) on;
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX and/or Genesy
