KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Key Account Management
- Independently manage Local, Regional and National Key Accounts in the assigned market.
- Build strong relationships with Category Managers, Buyers, Store Operations and Commercial teams.
- Develop Joint Business Plans with priority accounts and drive sustainable business growth.
- Ensure timely listing and expansion of the BECO portfolio across relevant stores.

2. Sales & Business Growth
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Drive growth through new listings, assortment expansion, increased store coverage and higher throughput per store.
- Identify opportunities to increase BECO's share within each account.




- Develop account-wise growth plans and aggressively execute them.

3. In-Store Execution
- Ensure superior availability, visibility and share of shelf across priority stores.
- Drive secondary sales through strong execution of promotions, displays, end-caps, visibility and consumer offers.
- Regularly visit key stores to monitor execution and identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with merchandising and field teams to achieve best-in-class execution.

4. Commercial & Promotion Management
- Plan account-specific promotions and activations with a transparent focus on incremental sales and ROI.
- Manage trade spends, schemes and account investments within agreed budgets.
- Track commercial agreements, claims, deductions and outstanding payments.
- Ensure healthy account-level profitability while delivering growth.
