So, what’s the role all about?

As an LMS & Learning Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and eventually owning the end-to-end LMS implementation, day-to-day administration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement of Actimize University’s learning platform. The role will work closely with Learning & Development, Content Development, Trainers, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless learner and administrator experience.

How will you make an impact?
- LMS implementation and administration: Support and eventually own end-to-end LMS implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout. Manage users, enrollments, learning plans, courses, certifications, permissions, and workflows.



Configure and maintain LMS features based on AU business requirements. Coordinate with LMS vendors and internal IT teams for integrations and issue resolution.
- Learning operations: Manage training registrations, learner access, course assignments, and certification workflows. Ensure LMS data and learning records are accurate and up to date. Provide operational support to trainers, content developers, administrators, and learners. Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruption.
- Reporting and analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering learner activity, course completion, certifications, training participation, and other AU KPIs. Provide actionable insights to improve learner engagement and operational efficiency. Automate recurring reports and administrative processes wherever possible.
- Content and digital learning enablement: Partner with content developers to publish and maintain self-paced learning content.
