System Administrator - L2

Position Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled System Administrator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Windows/Linux administration, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization, backup, security, and IT operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting,



and maintaining IT infrastructure and server environments. The role requires good troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with operating systems and cloud platforms, and the ability to independently resolve day-to-day infrastructure and system-related issues.

The candidate should be comfortable working with internal teams and end users, following IT operational procedures, maintaining documentation, and escalating complex issues when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
- Perform server administration, including user access, services, processes, storage, permissions, and system health.
- Troubleshoot OS, application, server, and client connectivity issues.
