Role Overview

We are hiring a Channel Development Manager to drive channel growth, distributor development, partner management, OEM business development, and revenue expansion across assigned regions.

The role requires strong experience in Industrial Automation, Channel/Distribution Sales, VFDs, Motion Control, and Servo Drives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand distributor/channel partner networks.

-
Drive channel-led revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition.

-
Develop relationships with OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators.

-
Create business plans, sales targets, and partner growth strategies.

-
Enable, train, and manage partner performance.

-
Conduct partner reviews and drive KPI achievement.

Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

Manage commercial negotiations and channel relationships.

Maintain CRM, forecasting, and sales performance reports.

Extensive travel across assigned regions.

Must-Have Skills

-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / E&TC; / Mechatronics / Automation / Engineering.

10–15 years of relevant experience.

Solid experience in:

Mandatory technical exposure:

VFD – Variable Frequency Drives

Significant experience in the above technical areas is essential.

Packaging, Material Handling/Intralogistics, Warehouse Automation, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Textile, or Pharmaceutical Machinery.
