Job Overview:

Looking for a candidate with 4 - 5 years of experience in Sales. They should be enthusiastic, energetic, high-performing Sales Manager who have excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

They are someone who are currently living in Mumbai/ Nashik and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of annual and quarterly targets for Sales & Collection set by the Organization.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with all the Hospitals team, Co- Workers (Operation Team and Call Centre Team) and Patients and vendors. Will work as a SPOC of the organization.
- Candidates need to generate profitable revenue through the associated hospital.
- Expected to Design and execute channel sales through the promotional activities and activations in the community & various marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.




- Candidates will work as responsible for the attached Ambulances.
- Shall ensure on the daily basis vehicles are adequately equipped with the medicine, the equipment and the required licences and the certifications.
- Shall motivate and train the team for professional behaviour dealing with Hospitals.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor's strategies and accordingly develop plans to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Candidates needs to be go-getter with a hunger for sales

Mandatory Requirements:
- Knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
- An experience of driving business and engaging the channel partners
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, clients, members, providers and customers
