Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of our IT Asset Management (ITAM) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the ServiceNow platform. This position demands a deep mastery of the ServiceNow architecture, with a specific focus on ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM modules. The ideal qualified will drive high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) initiatives, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and ensure that all solutions align with ITIL best practices. This role is essential for optimizing our asset lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support the organization's broader IT goals.

Responsibilities
- Architect and define comprehensive High-Level and Low-Level designs for ServiceNow solutions, with a specialized emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, and related integrations.




- Lead the technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Design and oversee complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other middleware technologies.
- Drive the evolution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage the delivery of solution designs.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, and Asset Management capabilities, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and security.
