Job Title: Data Architect – Pharmaceutical CDMO

Position Overview
The Data Architect builds and leads enterprise data systems that strengthen research, manufacturing, and supply chain excellence. The role blends architecture, analytics, and compliance to transform data into usable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities




- Build and optimize data architectures supporting pharmaceutical R&D; and operations.
- Develop end-to-end data models, pipelines, and integrations across multiple platforms.
- Implement governance frameworks ensuring data quality, traceability, and GxP alignment.
- Partner with technical and business teams to drive data-driven outcomes.
- Implement and coordinate AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau solutions.
- Introduce AI, analytics, and automation to streamline decision-making.
- Maintain documentation and mentor teams on secure, compliant data practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 8 - 12 Years of experience in data architecture within pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated proficiency in contemporary data tools such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau.
