Job Description

We are looking for a agile Lead Designer- Interior who can drive design excellence while also managing the sales and operational flow from client onboarding to project handover. This hybrid role requires someone who can seamlessly translate client needs into high-impact designs and simultaneously manage business operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire client design journey, from initial consultation to design finalization and order confirmation.
- Oversee and coordinate sales operations, ensuring seamless documentation, quoting, and order processing.
- Create and present detailed modular designs (kitchens, wardrobes, etc.) using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Provide accurate BOQs, quotations, and production-ready drawings for timely manufacturing and execution.
- Manage multiple design and sales projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality.
