Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE/HSE) Specialist with a strong background in ports,
harbors, marine terminals, dredging, coastal, and maritime infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will support the Resident Engineer/Construction Manager in ensuring compliance with project HSE requirements, maritime safety standards, environmental regulations, and client specifications. The role will focus on fostering a strong safety culture while ensuring safe execution of marine and port construction activities.
- Assist and support the Resident Engineer/Construction Manager in implementing project-specific HSE requirements and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and management plans.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.
