KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform (KGSDP) is seeking an experienced Manager to be a Learning Business Partner for one of the largest business units. The role will act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, driving capability development through a performance consulting approach. The role will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, diagnose performance challenges, design learning interventions, and ensure measurable business impact through effective learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine solid Learning & Development expertise with business acumen and stakeholder management skills to bridge business needs and learning solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and identify capability development priorities aligned to business objectives.
•Engage in consultative and performance-focused conversations to diagnose performance challenges and uncover underlying skill and capability gaps.
•Apply performance consulting frameworks and methodologies to recommend appropriate learning and development interventions.
•Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development (L&TD;) teams, solution advisors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to design and develop tailored learning solutions.
•Translate business requirements into structured learning strategies, development plans, and capability-building initiatives.
•Present recommended learning solutions to business leaders, secure stakeholder alignment, and drive adoption through influence and effective communication.
•Partner with L&TD; teams to plan, deploy, and manage learning interventions across assigned business functions.
•Monitor implementation progress and ensure learning solutions are aligned to evolving business needs.
