Job Description

As a Consultant in the Marketing Effectiveness business unit at NIQ, you will play a key role in helping top global FMCG (and other industries) companies optimize their media investments. You will set up, perform project management and deliver of marketing effectiveness analytical solutions, with a solid focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Matched Market Tests (MMT). This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Your analyses and recommendations will help shape tactical media investment decisions for leading global brands.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Media Analytics Solutions - Support the execution and delivery of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and other marketing effectiveness solutions to help answer critical client business questions and optimize future media investments.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with internal NIQ teams, media agencies, publishers, and clients to support project delivery, coordinate key inputs,



and ensure timely execution of analytical engagements.
- Translate Data into Insights - Analyze complex datasets and statistical outputs to develop clear, actionable insights. Help communicate methodologies, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Client Relationships - Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, address project-related questions, and contribute to the successful adoption of analytical recommendations.
- Contribute to Delivery Excellence - Maintain high-quality standards across project deliverables, support process improvement initiatives, and share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- ustry & Media Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Media, Market Research, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or a related field.
- Media Analytics & MMM - Hands-on experience in media effectiveness
