Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator – Architecture to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural BIM models across multidisciplinary projects.
This role focuses on architectural coordination and delivery, with façade systems experience considered a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess robust architectural expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex BIM workflows across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage clash detection processes, including issue identification, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of coordination issues.
- Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards and LOD requirements.
- Oversee architectural BIM deliverables and ensure alignment with design intent.
