MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be from the Insurance Broking industry
• Must have exposure in Aviation Insurance or Aviation Broking
• Proven track record of current client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.

presence, particularly in the commercial lines and species space.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive corporate sales and business development for Aviation Insurance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation and allied sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Risk Managers, Finance Heads, Procurement Heads, and Insurance/Risk teams.
• Acquire new corporate clients and expand the existing client portfolio.
• Understand client risk exposures and provide appropriate aviation insurance and risk management solutions.
• Work closely with Placement, Broking, Claims, Risk Engineering, and Insurer teams to deliver customized solutions.




• Coordinate with domestic and international insurers/reinsurers for competitive terms, pricing, capacity, and coverage.
• Monitor market developments, insurer appetite, pricing trends, and emerging aviation risks.
• Ensure achievement of business targets, revenue objectives, client retention, and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase wallet share.
• Participate in industry events, networking forums, and client engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence
• Candidates should ideally have exposure to Aviation Hull & Machinery, Aviation Liability, Passenger Liability, Aircraft All Risks, War & Allied Perils, Airport Liability, Hangarkeepers, Liability, Ground Handling Liability, Airline / Aircraft Operator Insurance, MRO / Maintenance, Liability Aircraft Leasing Risks, Drone / Unmanned Aircraft Insurance, Aviation-related Property, Marine, Engineering and Liability covers
