CONTEXT:
Our Qualified Services Team is responsible for the implementation of our solution together with our partners.
ROLE:
As a Professional Services Director, you will oversee the successful implementation of Ivalua’s solutions across a portfolio of projects. Leading a team of Implementation Specialists and Implementation Leads, you will ensure project success by managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Intelligence, and Product teams. You will play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction, partner support, and risk mitigation, while also contributing your own functional and technical expertise to project delivery.

Project Execution & Delivery
- Guarantee successful execution of all projects in your portfolio, ensuring timeliness, budget control, scope management, and quality
- Define and enforce operational processes to improve project efficiency
