About you
You are a deeply analytical individual who never takes a number on face value. You love to understand cause and effect, and you are passionate about understanding the challenges companies solve for their customers. Ultimately, you can form a transparent, strategic views of how businesses create value.
In addition, you have:
- Must have demonstrated experience in FP&A; role for minimum of 10-12 years in a manufacturing company in FP&A; domain
- Experience in revenue forecasting/budgeting and cost analysis
- Excellent Excel experience,
particularly extracting data from multiple sources and ability to analyse and present through pivot tables and bridges
- Natural analytical skills, evidenced with examples of value you have created in your current role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text and insights
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions
- Committed to working as a team
About the job
- The purpose of the role is to prepare a financial forecast based on the inputs of the Integrated Business Planning process.
- You will be expected to reconcile the actuals versus forecast based on impeccable understanding of the business and great relationships with the sales teams. You will also prepare an annual budget in a similar manner.
