- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements around PBM ePA system
- Sound knowledge and understanding of NCPDP Scripts 2023 transaction and FHIR
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on NCPDP and FHIR-based interoperability implementations and data mapping activities.
- Create process flows, user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in UAT planning, test execution, defect triage, and production validation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
