candidate is responsible for adhering to the defined operating procedures and guidelines in operating the identity and access management services in the Managed Services model, which includes the following:

*Administer and support SailPoint IdentityIQ platform operations, governance processes, and daily service delivery activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis and defect remediation.
*Manage joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and entitlement management.
*Execute and support periodic access certification campaigns, recertification activities, exception management, and certification reporting.
*Design, maintain, and optimize Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, access roles, and entitlement structures.
*Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, approval processes, policies, forms, and lifecycle events.
