Position Overview :

Ezone India is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the daily financial operations and administrative tasks within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vendor calls,



handling petty cash, and performing essential administration-related duties. This role is key to maintaining smooth financial transactions and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Call Management : Manage daily communication with vendors regarding payments, invoicing,and financial inquiries. Ensure timely responses and resolutions to vendor concerns.
- Petty Cash Handling : Maintain and manage the company’s petty cash fund. Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of petty cash and maintain proper records and receipts for all transactions.
- Accounts Payable Assistance : Support the finance team by assisting with accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
