Product

Our Product team owns the vision, strategy and roadmap for the dunnhumby platform — the data, science and software that powers retailers and brands around the world. We work at the intersection of customer data, AI, and commercial impact, building products that turn insight into measurable growth.

Job Purpose:

Work closely with the product squad to define and deliver user-centric insight and analytics products that help retailers and their supplier and CPG partners make better, faster decisions with customer data.

You will build a deep understanding of how these clients work — the questions they are trying to answer and the journeys they move through — and translate that into transparent product requirements that make those journeys effective and intuitive, end to end.

Alongside this, you will develop a platform mindset: thinking beyond individual features to reusable, scalable data and insight capabilities — including those delivered through APIs and integrations into client systems — that serve users well while supporting long-term scalability and reuse. The two sides of this role carry equal weight: the platform exists to enable the client's insight journey, not the other way around.
