Job Description

Position: Field Sales Supervisor

Location: Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Bihar

Department: Sales & Consumer Engagement

Reports To: Business Manager

Payroll: Kairos Consultants

Salary: INR 30,000 + INR 3,000 TADA

Role Overview

The Field Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and driving the performance of a team of Field Sales Officers engaged in on-ground sales and consumer engagement activities for a leading steel company.

This role focuses on team productivity, sales target achievement, market execution, and disciplined field operations, while strengthening relationships with dealers, contractors, masons, builders, and influencers.





Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision & Performance Management
- Supervise and manage a team of Field Sales Officers across assigned territories.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and track performance.
- Conduct regular joint field visits to coach, guide, and improve team effectiveness.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, route planning, and daily activity execution.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions through training or restructuring.

2. Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive achievement of sales, lead generation, and conversion targets within the territory.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated by Field Sales Officers.
- Support the team in closing high-potential leads and key accounts.
- Monitor dealer-wise and area-wise sales performance.
