That growth has outpaced ad hoc HR support.

We're hiring a Head of HR Operations & Recruitment to build

the function properly — owning everything from faculty and staff hiring to onboarding, policy, compliance and people operations across all five centres.

THE ROLE

This is a build-and-own mandate, not a maintenance role.



You will design ArivuPro's HR operations function from the ground up — processes, policies and systems — while personally driving recruitment for a business with two distinct hiring tracks: subject-matter faculty (CA/CS/CMA/ACCA/CPA and other qualified experts) and corporate/support staff (academic coordinators, business development, operations, admin) across centres in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. You'll report to the Director and Vertical Head, and have real latitude to

shape how the function runs.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

•Recruitment strategy & delivery — Run full-cycle hiring for both faculty (qualified CA/CS/CMA/ACCA/CPA professionals and subject experts) and corporate roles across Bangalore, Chennai (Thambaram, Nungambakkam) and Coimbatore, including sourcing channels specific to each (professional networks and alumni for faculty; standard job boards and referrals for staff).
