Job Overview
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key role responsible for nurturing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our products and services. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their goals, proactively addressing their needs, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role requires a solid understanding of our platform, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive user adoption and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Training
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the platform.
- Provide tailored training sessions and resources to meet client needs and maximize platform usage.
- Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, proactively communicating and providing timely responses.




- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Track and monitor account health and usage metrics to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Customer Success & Retention
- Proactively address customer needs, providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to suggest improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce churn.
- Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and reduce customer churn by demonstrating the value of our product to meet changing customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to align on customer goals and deliver a seamless experience.
- Work with product and development teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to roadmap decisions.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback
- Act as a customer advocate, gathering insights and fee
