Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the assigned department/floor.
- Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP and productivity.
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve business.
- Drive promotional activities, new launches and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available sales space and merchandise.

2. Team Management
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Allocate manpower effectively based on customer traffic and business requirements.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate targets, priorities and promotions.
- Monitor individual team member performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Support training, onboarding and development of team members.
- Manage attendance, grooming, discipline and adherence to company policies.

3. Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales floor.
- Personally handle customer complaints and escalations.




- Ensure staff understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service.

4. Apparel & Product Management
- Ensure proper product presentation, size availability and replenishment.
- Monitor rapid-moving and slow-moving merchandise.
- Coordinate with the stock/inventory team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure correct product tagging, pricing and promotional displays.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize stock-related sales opportunities.

5. Visual Merchandising
- Maintain brand and company VM standards on the sales floor.
- Ensure proper product displays, folding, hanging and size-wise arrangement.
- Coordinate with the VM team for new launches, seasonal displays and promotional campaigns.
