Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic, results-driven Inside Sales Executive/Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support the company’s sales and business development efforts through lead generation, customer communication, product presentations, follow-ups,



and sales coordination — engaging prospective customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels; understanding customer requirements; qualifying leads; and converting opportunities into sales. You will maintain accurate customer and lead data, coordinate closely with the field sales team, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Generate and qualify leads through databases, outbound calls, digital platforms, referrals, and other approved sources

• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities

• Qualify leads based on requirement, location, organization, and purchase potential

• Maintain a structured, up-to-date database of prospective and existing customers in the CRM

Customer Communication

• Connect with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, distributors, and institutions via calls, emails,
