This is an opportunity to build and lead a developer community from the ground up, shaping its culture, engagement model, and long-term growth. You will serve as a trusted connection point between developers and internal product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. The role combines community strategy, technical content, events, moderation, and developer advocacy. You will turn community conversations and feedback into actionable insights that influence products and programs. Success will depend on authentic communication, strong cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. The role offers significant ownership and the prospect to create programs that help developers connect, learn, contribute, and grow.

Accountabilities

Build and grow the developer community, establishing its foundations, culture, governance, and engagement programs from the ground up.

Act as the primary community voice by responding to questions, participating in discussions, and maintaining active engagement across relevant platforms.

Moderate community channels, enforce guidelines, manage escalations, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Organize recurring office hours, AMAs, developer challenges, prompts, and hackathons to encourage participation and strengthen developer relationships.

Develop and manage a content calendar, creating and coordinating educational and engagement-focused content with internal contributors.

Identify opportunities for tutorials, technical guides, use cases, and other resources that make it easier for developers to learn and adopt the platform.

Nurture emerging community contributors and connect them with broader advocacy and engagement programs.
