About the role:
We are looking for a Payments & Reconciliation professional to own end-to-end payment reconciliation across internal systems, payment gateways, banking partners, settlement files, and merchant reports. The role will drive accuracy,



controls, and turnaround time for high-volume payment operations, partner closely with finance and operations stakeholders, and strengthen automation and exception handling across the reconciliation lifecycle.
Expectations / Requirements:
Manage end-to-end payment reconciliation by validating transaction records across internal systems, payment gateways, banking partners, settlement files, and merchant reports
Perform high-volume data reconciliation by analysing large transaction datasets and identifying mismatches, pending settlements, duplicate transactions, and financial exceptions
Handle chargeback reconciliation end to end — monitor disputed transactions, track the chargeback lifecycle, validate reversal entries, and ensure accurate accounting adjustments and recovery
Monitor and analyse Payment Gateway (PG) costs, including MDR charges, transaction processing fees, bank charges, and
