Job Description
- Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create and implement an effective channel strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard distributors for our products and services.
- Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, serving as their main point of contact. Regularly assess partner needs, performance, and satisfaction to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual business goals.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the support team, engineering team, and management to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of products and services.



Act as a bridge between partners and the engineering team to address technical requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads, promote products, and increase brand visibility. Analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. Optimize partner sales activities to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
