This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media based in India.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving global paid acquisition and improving marketing efficiency across multiple channels.
You will own day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, pacing, bidding, targeting, and performance analysis across established and emerging products.
Your work will directly influence customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, revenue growth, and lifetime value.
You will collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve campaigns, landing pages, tracking, and measurement.
The role combines hands-on platform expertise with structured experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
You will work across international markets and help evolve paid media strategies as new channels, products, and objectives are introduced.
The position offers a high level of ownership within a remote-first,



cross-functional setting.

Accountabilities

Execute, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, objectives, products, audiences, and international markets.

Manage campaign setup, quality assurance, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, tracking, and ongoing optimization.

Own campaigns across platforms including Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok, while supporting the development of additional paid channels.

Analyze performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels, connecting media metrics with conversions, revenue, CAC, and LTV.

Manage approved media budgets and recommend spend reallocations based on campaign performance, growth opportunities, and acquisition efficiency.

Design and execute structured experiments covering creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign formats.
