Design and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSD module including:
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center (ESC)
Knowledge Management
Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers)
Configure and customize:
HR workflows
Catalog items and record producers
Business rules, UI policies, client scripts
Develop and maintain integrations:
REST/SOAP APIs
Integration with third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build and optimize employee self-service portals
Implement HR security and data privacy controls (HR ACLs, data segregation)
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes
Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT support, defect resolution)
Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
