Product Execution & Requirements
• Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on prioritized features.
• Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Manager.
• Understand Vision, objectives, feature sets of the product.
• Validate completed work against business needs, user value, AI performance, and technical expectations.
• Balance new features, AI enhancements, technical debt, and bugs without compromising velocity or
quality.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinements, and Retrospectives.
Technical Program Aspects
• Coordinate release planning and deployment readiness with Product, RTM and engineering leads.
• Identify and eliminate blockers across teams and dependencies.
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and surface insights to improve predictability.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, self-organizing work environment while protecting the team from
unnecessary distractions.
API & Integration Skills
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth), payload structures, error codes,



and service
interactions.
• Ability to review API contracts, debug integration issues, validate request/response flows, and coordinate
versioning.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and dependency mapping.
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Llama), model APIs, integration patterns, and
safety considerations.
