We are currently looking for a Head of Client KYC Projects – GCC to lead KYC related projects across Apex Group under the centralised client KYC model.



This is a Vice President role reporting to the Head of Client KYC Operations – GCC. The role spans various strategic initiatives including, but not limited to, alignment and centralisation, target operating model (“TOM”), re-platforming to optimal technology, regulatory focused initiatives.

Job Specification:
- Lead the Client KYC projects team, primarily located in India with secondary support in Mauritius, ensuring consistent delivery, strong controls and alignment with the Group operating model.
- Create and lead a dedicated KYC projects capability focused on regulatory initiatives, remediation activity and alignment to the centralised operating model.
- Set the strategic direction for KYC Operations, translating Group priorities into explicit plans, measurable objectives and sustainable delivery standards.
