We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our dedicated team in the Steel Detailing team.

Job Responsibilities:




- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Support the planning and implementation of operational procedures, processes, and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of project teams and staff.
- Assist in reviewing staffing requirements and allocating available resources to different phases of recent steel projects.
- Monitor project progress, workflow, manpower utilization, and team productivity.
- Conduct periodic quality checks of drawings and models to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Review customer standards and coordinate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
- Assist in identifying operational problems, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the Operations Manager in preparing operational reports, planning, and performance reviews.
