Overview:

This remote internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates (2023-2024) to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes,



and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and concerns.

Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR-related documents and reports.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance-related data.

Collaborate with team leads to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
