At Regeneron, we are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Operations Lead to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) Commercial Operations organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to U.S., international, and global commercial leadership and will be responsible for establishing and scaling Commercial Operations capabilities across HCP Engagement, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Project Management. Reporting to the Director, GCC Commercial Lead, this position will drive operational excellence, performance monitoring, stakeholder management,



and capability-building initiatives that support global commercial strategies and execution across markets.

Discover your role:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to Global Commercial Operations and Global Marketing teams, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.
- Establish and scale the India-based Commercial Operations organization across multiple functional capability areas.
- Lead and develop teams responsible for HCP Engagement Operations, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Project Management.
- Partner with global stakeholders to optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns and project management processes across products and indications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. and international commercial operations leadership regarding operational execution and customer engagement.
- Drive content operations and marketing enablement initiatives, including MLR review
