About the role

As an IT Engineer, you'll lead the design and evolution of our cloud-first IT environment, building scalable, secure, and highly efficient systems that support the entire organization. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to implement modern IT solutions, strengthen our security posture, and drive operational excellence through automation, AI-powered agents, workflow design, and thoughtful system integration.



You’ll help identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual work, improve how our core platforms connect and operate, and serve as a technical bridge between IT and software engineering teams. We value proactive problem solving, technical leadership, an automation-first mindset, and a security-first approach, and you’ll play a key role in shaping our internal standards, integrations, and IT strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage a fully cloud-based IT workplace, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across a range of SaaS platforms.
- Design, build, and operate workflow automation across the IT landscape using platforms such as Okta, Serval, and related iPaaS tooling.
- Build, maintain, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered agents and automations that streamline IT workflows, shift routine requests to self-service, and remain reliable, monitored
