We are seeking a Director, GCC Commercial Lead to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. This role is a foundational member of Regeneron's first GCC and will drive the expansion and scaling of commercial capabilities across Insights & Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Market Access. The successful candidate will establish best practices, build high-performing teams, and enable a data-driven, customer-centric commercial model while working closely with U.S.-based commercial leadership.

- Lead and scale the India-based GCC commercial organization, driving innovation, best practices, and collaboration across teams.
- Serve as a member of the GCC leadership team and contribute to the overall success of the Global Capability Center.
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams through hiring, capability development, and leadership coaching.
- Oversee leaders responsible for Insights & Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Market Access functions.
- Collaborate with global commercial leadership to define and implement the commercial capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
