- Regional Collaboration: Partner with GOC regional teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
- Work Delivery & Quality: Enforce DV360/TrueView best practices and maintain high output quality.
- Team Development: Lead local team training, performance feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Operational Management: Manage resource capacity planning, workflow troubleshooting, and team escalations.
- Communication: Maintain strong, effective communication across all organizational levels.
