About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, agile, and self-driven Senior Associate to join our agile legal team. You will act as a primary legal anchor for our high-growth digital assets, tech products, and corporate commercial verticals. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Product, Tech,
and Marketing teams to enable business growth while robustly managing regulatory and commercial risks.
What You Will Do:
1. Commercial Contracting & Vendor Management

Draft, negotiate, and finalize high-value commercial agreements including vendor contracts, marketing agreements, influencer tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.

Review and standardize Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technology licensing contracts to safeguard company interests.
2. Regulatory Advisory & Product Enablement

Provide pragmatic legal and regulatory opinions on existing offerings and proposed product changes, specifically focusing on tech platforms and crypto/digital asset frameworks.

Partner with Product and Tech teams to conduct regulatory feasibility assessments during the conceptualization and launch phases of new features.
3. User Governance & Platform Policies
