We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our energetic IT staffing team. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our growth, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our client base within the technology sector. You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that help organizations scale their technical teams effectively. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales,
a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and a passion for connecting top-tier talent with innovative companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IT staffing market through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and C-suite executives at target organizations.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and provide high-quality candidate submissions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine our sales strategy.
