PURPOSE OF POSITION

The position will support the India HR function in the effective administration of HR operations, HR systems, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development activities. The role will also assist in HR reporting and coordination with Group HR on selected reporting and system-related requirements.

Based in Delhi, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate HR data management, supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and administration, maintaining HR reports, coordinating training activities, and providing operational support across key HR processes.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for India operations.
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
- Liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment partners as required.

HR Systems Administration (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Support the implementation, administration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules.




- Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy within the HRMS.
- Assist employees and managers with HR system-related queries.
- Support system testing, process improvements, and implementation of recent functionalities.
- Coordinate with IT and HR stakeholders on HR system requirements.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with established HR processes.

HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Generate workforce, recruitment, training, and performance management reports.
- Support compilation of reports required by management and Group HR.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of periodic reports.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
