This is a remote freelance opportunity for an experienced Power Platform qualified supporting real enterprise customer cases. You will provide hands-on technical support across Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, diagnosing issues and delivering reliable resolutions. The role covers application behavior, Dataverse, connectors, environments, automation, integrations, security, governance, and performance. You will investigate errors, logs, telemetry, and flow history to identify root causes rather than simply closing tickets. The position combines technical troubleshooting, customer communication, case ownership, and detailed documentation within a flexible shift-based model. Compensation is tied to successfully resolved tickets, making the opportunity well suited to experienced professionals seeking flexible, output-based technical work.

Accountabilities:




- Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, including formula and expression errors, delegation warnings, control behavior, performance problems, load-time issues, and other application-level challenges.
- Diagnose data source and connector issues involving authentication, refresh failures, connector limits, throttling, and related integration problems, while identifying practical resolutions for customer environments.
- Resolve Dataverse issues involving tables, columns, relationships, security roles, permissions, business rules, and other platform configuration requirements.
- Troubleshoot Power Platform environments and ALM processes, including solution imports, managed and unmanaged solutions, environment variables, deployment failures, and related configuration issues.
