Your role and responsibilities
This role offers unique chance for individuals aiming to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a global,
technology‑driven organisation. The selected intern will work directly with the People & Culture Business Partner Lead for India, Middle East & Africa, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full employee lifecycle and participating in strategic HR transformation initiatives. Unlike typical HR internships, this role focuses on real business challenges and high‑value outcomes. Work completed during the internship will be reviewed, validated, and, where relevant, institutionalised within ABB Robotics’ People & Culture framework.
