About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Lead Compliance Analyst. This role requires deep analytical skills to drive the identification of compliance risk and actionable insights across various data sources. This role requires expertise in at least one compliance domain, with growing proficiency in a second. A successful candidate will be fully self-sufficient, with the judgment to operate with minimal oversight,



and be capable of designing and improving processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, disparate data sets to identify compliance risk trends, control gaps, outliers, and emerging exposures, and quantify their significance for the business
- Build, maintain and evolve recurring risk analytics: dashboards, key risk indicators, and monitoring queries that give leadership a continuous view rather than a point-in-time snapshot.
- Translate findings into analyses and verbal briefings for compliance leadership and business stakeholders
- Lead responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations from initial scoping through final submission, continuously improving the intake and documentation process, and analyzing inquiry trends for early insight into regulatory focus and emerging risk
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to lead the annual third party administrator license renewal proces
