?️ Domain: ESG, CSR, ISO Audit Compliance (including ISO 26000)

? Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & monitoring of CSR initiatives aligned with ESG frameworks

Ensure compliance with ISO 26000 and other CSR standards

Coordinate and prepare for ESG audits, CSR impact assessments

Draft CSR policies, reports, and stakeholder communication

Liaison with government bodies, NGOs, and internal departments

✅ Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Environment / Sustainability / MBA

Experience: 3–5 years in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability in manufacturing or steel sector

Robust knowledge of ESG metrics, CSR laws, and ISO standards

Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
