Ready to redefine how world-class software gets built? Join the Automation and Infrastructure team within EDGE Tech—the engineering force behind Fire TV, Echo Show, Echo Dot, and the next wave of devices millions love every day. We're looking for a visionary Software Development Manager who doesn't just lead teams, but transforms how teams work. In this role, you won't simply adopt AI tools—you'll pioneer the strategies that reshape software development itself, accelerating delivery, scaling innovation across multiple engineering teams, and unlocking what's next for Amazon Devices.

This is more than a management role—it's a chance to shape the future. You'll serve as the strategic site leader uniting all co-located engineers across reporting lines, drive domain expansion into emerging frontiers like Audio technology, and influence site-level hiring to build a true center of excellence. You'll foster unprecedented cross-team collaboration, connect every engineer to Amazon's broader mission, and own the long-term technical vision that positions your site as a magnet for top talent.

If you're energized by scale, ambiguity, and bold technical bets—and you believe outstanding leadership multiplies great engineering—we want to meet you. Come build what's next.
