We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented,



and client-focused Assistant Manager – MICE Events who can independently manage business development, client servicing, event operations, vendor coordination, and project execution while contributing towards business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Generate current corporate business opportunities for Domestic and International MICE events.
- Identify prospective clients through networking, references, LinkedIn, industry associations, and cold outreach.
- Develop relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR Heads, Admin Teams, Procurement Teams, Marketing Heads, and CXOs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, budgets, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
