This role is focused on identifying and engaging qualified healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare opportunities.
You will manage the recruitment process from proactive sourcing and candidate screening through interview coordination and hiring closure.
The position combines hands-on recruiting with structured reporting, tracker management, and performance monitoring.
You will work closely with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain an efficient and responsive recruitment experience.
Success in the role depends on building robust talent pipelines while consistently meeting submission, interview, and hiring targets.

Accountabilities:
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, LinkedIn,



and other sourcing channels for US healthcare positions.
- Conduct daily candidate outreach and work toward closing approximately 6–7 vacancies per month.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, qualifications, and applicable compliance criteria.
- Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines for critical healthcare positions.
- Share qualified candidate profiles with hiring managers in line with defined KPIs and turnaround-time expectations.
- Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Provide timely recruitment updates and manage communication throughout the candidate lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards with real-time information.
- Monitor metrics including resume submissions, interviews scheduled, offers released, hiring closures, time-to-submit, and time-to-fill.
